Talking therapy

Sometimes, you just need to talk about it. Some people prefer a cognitive approach while others want to express themselves on an emotional level. Either way, many people find talking therapy helpful to identify and process past hurts in order to break negative cycles and find a way to move forward.

TRE

Tension and trauma releasing exercises is an innovative body-based therapy the helps release chronic muscle tension and restore your body to a state of calm. Based on the belief that stress, tension and trauma is both psychological and physical, TRE is able to bring relief from somatic symptoms as well as emotional pain. If you are tired of talking about and are ready to let your body do the processing, this may be treatment for you.

EMDR

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing is an evidence-based therapy developed to alleviate distress from traumatic experiences. It is a powerful treatment that can quickly get to the root of what distresses a person and allow them to shift how memories are stored in their brain and change what they feel in their body.
